Stretch Marks Don’t Have to be Noticeable: Stretch Mark Make Up
Your stretch marks are really starting to bother you, because whenever you want to wear a swimsuit, your stretch marks are visible. Well, rather than having to cover up your stretch marks with clothing, consider covering up your stretch marks with stretch mark make up.
About Stretch Mark Make Up
Chances are that you have not really ever heard about a specific kind of stretch mark make up. There are some brands available, but most women regard stretch mark make up much in the same way as they do their face foundation.
Stretch mark make up can thus be any kind of foundation that will hide the appearance of stretch marks. However, as with regular foundation, stretch mark make up must be carefully chosen. After all, you don’t want to have a foundation that looks nothing like your regular skin tone!
If you are trying to cover up stretch marks on your torso during swimsuit season, first be aware of the kind of swim suit that you are going to wear. If it is in a dark color, chances are that the stretch mark make up might rub off on it if you apply it before you put on the swimsuit.
Also, if you plan on swimming, be sure that the stretch mark make up that you choose is completely waterproof and can only be removed with special make up wipes. The reason for this is that no one wants to go into the water with their stretch marks not noticeable, only to find out after you get out of the water that they have reappeared.
When you were just beginning to wear foundation, chances are that you didn’t put it on right, and there was a make up line at your chin. The same can happen with stretch mark make up, so be sure to take your time applying it, so that it will go on evenly and look natural at the same time.
Remember, no matter how good the make up is that you choose to use, it can still get messy and stain clothes, which can really defeat it purpose. However, if you sill want to use this kid of make up, go to your local beauty store, and ask for suggestions. With the proper research, you are sure to find something that will cover your stretch marks.
